After You Submit Your Request for a Psychotherapist Referral
An experienced OPC Psychotherapist will receive your online or telephone inquiry and match you with a psychotherapist in your city, who will then be in touch to set up a free introductory session. At this introductory session, we understand that the client and the therapist are interviewing each other, and encourage you to honour your gut feeling about whether you can work with the OPC psychotherapist you’ve been matched with. The Ontario Psychotherapist and Counseling Referral Service will work with you to find the best match, and will follow through to make sure we’ve found the right psychotherapist for you.
How Much Does Psychotherapy Cost?
The OPC Referral Network offers appointments with experienced psychotherapists and also offers low cost psychotherapy provided by the program’s senior training associates. Our experienced OPC therapists can offer a fee on a sliding scale to make therapy more accessible to you.
