Your therapist will reach out

You’ll hear directly from the therapist we’ve matched you with — usually within 5–7 business days — to set up your first session or consultation.

You decide if it feels right

There’s no pressure to continue. If it doesn’t feel like a good fit, just let us know. We’re happy to revisit the match.
