How It Works

  1. Tell Us About What You’re Looking For

Complete our secure referral form with information about your needs, preferences, and availability.

Your information is submitted through a secure, encrypted system and is reviewed only by our referral coordination team.

  1. We Thoughtfully Review Your Request

A member of our team will carefully review your submission and identify a therapist within our network who appears to be a strong fit based on your preferences and presenting concerns.

  1. We Introduce You

With your consent, we will introduce you directly to a therapist by email so that you can connect and determine whether it feels like the right fit.

This introduction typically includes:

  • your name
  • a brief summary of what you are looking for
  • any relevant preferences (e.g., virtual/in-person, availability)

We share only the information necessary to facilitate this connection.

  1. You Take It From There

From there, you and the therapist can connect directly to explore next steps, ask questions, and decide whether you would like to work together.

If the match does not feel right, you are always welcome to return to us for another referral.

  • You will only be introduced to one therapist at a time unless otherwise discussed

  • OPCC’s role is to support connection and referral. We do not provide clinical services through the referral platform.
  • All therapists in our directory operate as independent practitioners and are responsible for the services they provide.
  • Some therapists are students or qualifying professionals who are engaged in supervised clinical practice as part of their training and professional development.
  • OPCC provides clinical training and supervision within its educational programs; however, this supervision is separate from the referral process.
